1. Leave Haslemere en voiture on the road to Liphook. Take the first left-hand signpost to Lynchmere, and turn left when you reach a T-junction. Down the hill, and when the road makes a sharp left (there is a sign for Newlands Cottage) find a place to park on the verge.
2. Walk down the track towards Newlands Cottage, and just before it take the left hand signed path. Follow this path to a T-junction and turn left (no signs there), keep straight on ignoring a FP to the right. This takes you to a minor road, so then turn left.
3. Just past Shulbrede Priory on your right, and just before a Cowdray cottage, turn right along a track (again no sign – unusual). At the first Y-junction bear left, and keep going until you reach a T-junction, where you turn left.
4. Very shortly follow the path to the left (if you want to lengthen the walk, keep going and turn left at the next sign). This will take you to a T-junction, where you turn left. Keep going until you see a FP to your left.
5. This will take you down to the road, so you turn right and should then see your car.
