My brew consists of:-

6 Lemons.
90 Elderflower florets.
12 lbs. Granulated Sugar, but I usually substitute some of this with simulated sugar, like Splenda.
7 1/2 oz Citric Acid.

Put the florets in a bucket, then add sugar, lemons and citric acid. Pour over the lot 8 pints of boiling water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Stand the bucket in a cool place, stir every day for 6 days, am and pm, and keep covered with a cloth.

Then strain and bottle. Freeze what you do not want to use, and keep what you are using in the fridge, otherwise it will ferment.

Easy as making a pie.
